Start With the Right Office
Pershing County Sheriff’s Office

Lovelock, NV 89419
Phone: (775) 273-2641
Emergency: 911
PCSO does not publish a separate records-unit line or office-hours schedule. Use the number above as the verified jail, booking-record, and public-record routing point. The sheriff’s page lists a public-records request form and estimate form. Nevada law describes 24-hour jail coverage, which should not be confused with administrative office hours.
- For a booking sheet or photograph, begin with the county arrest-record and records-request guide.
- For an outstanding warrant or post-release question, use the official-source warrant guidance.
- For a new arrest, compare 24 Hour Arrests with the retrospective Arrest Log.
- For a current custody check or notification, use VINELink Check, which explains Nevada S.A.V.E., or call PCSO for immediate confirmation.
- For a Lovelock Police record, contact Lovelock Police Department at (775) 273-2256 or police@cityoflovelock.com; county jail records may still be held by PCSO.
- For a sentenced state prisoner, use the Nevada Department of Corrections Offender Search.
- For federal or immigration custody, use the appropriate official Federal Bureau of Prisons or ICE locator linked from the home guide.
Courts and Custody Alerts
After a charge reaches court, the court record becomes the place to check procedure and disposition. Lake Township Justice Court is at 400 Main St., lower level, P.O. Box 8, Lovelock, NV 89419. Its phone is (775) 273-2753. The Pershing County Clerk and District Court share the 400 Main St. location and use (775) 273-2410 as the published main number.
For statewide custody notifications, Nevada S.A.V.E. lists 866-393-5445 as a 24-hour line and NVSave@ag.nv.gov as its program email. S.A.V.E. is a notification service, not the official jail record, so urgent custody questions should still go to PCSO.
